Can I return it?

How long does the shipment take?

How to apply the eyelashes?
Step 1: Shake the liquid eyeliner before using.
Step 2: Draw an eyeline along with your eye shape and make sure it gets as close to the root of your natural lash as possible.
Step 3: Align the band with your natural lash line to ensure it fits better with your eye shape while waiting for the eyeliner to dry.
Step 4: Place Viciley eyelash above your real lash with tweezers in our kit and slowly put it on.
Step 5: Adjust the position of Viciley lash and make sure it is attached.
How to remove the eyelashes?
Step 1: Pour some makeup remover on a cotton pad.
Step 2: Close your eye and put the pad onto it.
Step 3: Take the lash off after 1 minute.
Step 4: Follow your makeup-removing routine.
Step 5: Clean the lash and put it back into the container.
How to clean the eyelashes?
Gently wipe it with Q-tips that have makeup remover on.
Can I put mascara on the eyelashes?
We don’t suggest that because it will shorten the lifespan of the lashes. If you accidentally put mascara on the lashes, please clean it with makeup remover.
Are your lashes reusable?
Yes, they are. Our lashes can be used up to 30 times.

Safety is the most basic rule for us! All ingredients we use are safe. We would never trade our customers’ health for anything. That’s not who we are.
Is Viciley Lashes cruelty-free?
YES! We care about our customers’ health, so we do all possible tests before launching any product. But we care about other creatures’ well-being too, so we don’t test on animals.

Refund for Unconditional Return
- Unconditional Return is available within 7 days upon receipt.
- Shipping costs for unconditional return should be covered by the buyer.
- When returning an item over $75, please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance to make sure it can be delivered so that a refund can be released afterwards.
- A full refund can be released when an item is successfully returned in original package and unused condition.
